Goods Entertainment inc. was formed in December 1998 as a service designed to aid media outlets with finding and developing air talent, voiceover artists and programming. Our services for media clients include on air talent searches, air talent coaching, personality marketing, voice talent searches and consulting. Services to air talent and voiceover artists include marketing, negotiations and placement. Goods Entertainment is based in Weston, CT with offices in New York, Charlotte, Boca Raton and Beverly Hills. .

Adam L. Goodman - President
Adam L. Goodman has nearly 20 years of Radio/TV experience.. He has a BS from Cornell University and a MBA from The University of Connecticut. He is married (Alyse) - 2 children (Alex & Jason).

In 1985 Adam began a career in media at NBC Sports and worked within' the NBC organization multiple times while in college including work for The Source Radio Network and for 66/WNBC (Radio) where he interned for Soupy Sales. Adam's radio career began at WVBR in Ithaca, New York, a local Top 40 station organized by students of Cornell University. After work there then WOKW/Cortland, NY and WPXY/Rochester, NY, Adam worked at the then highest rated radio station in America, Z100/New York (1988) as an intern then Assistant Music Director though 1990. Adam had numerous programming responsibilities including promotions, music and was producer of "The Original 5 O'clock Whistle'.

Scott Shannon then hired Adam as Assistant Program Director for the now legendary Pirate Radio/Los Angeles in 1990. After Pirate Radio, Scott Shannon moved back to New York and legendary WPLJ where Adam joined Scott in April of 1991. In the nearly 4 years at WPLJ, the station made a major ratings hike from 24th (P25-54) to 4th.

After 4 years with Scott Shannon in LA then at WPLJ/NY, Adam took his first program director's job at WZMX/Hartford for American Radio Systems where he was the ARS PD of the year for 1995. ARS moved Adam to Baltimore to program top Hot AC WWMX where he was nominated for Billboard Magazine's PD of the Year (1998) in the Adult category.. Adam worked briefly for the now no longer existing Big105/New York as their PD in 1998 whose staff included morning host Danny Bonaduce.

Adam started Goods Entertainment at the end of 1998 offering head hunting services to radio stations seeking air talent. While developing what has later become the site OnAirVoiceHunter.com, Adam worked as a talent coach both independently and as part of The Randy Lane Company.

The head hunting and coaching services continue but Goods Entertainment is now more associated with the services offered when searching for voiceover talent with the site VoiceHunter.com. Goods Entertainment also aids radio talent and voiceover artist's with performance, marketing and management. Adam also is the Public Address Announcer of the American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers.

John J. Jones - Legal Counsel
John and Adam have worked together since they were at Cornell University in 1986. John has a BS from Cornell, A Law Degree from Boston University and attended Harvard Business School. Following work with the law firm Scadden, Arps in New York, John was asked to be the in house counsel for Designer Holdings (the parent company of Calvin Kline Jeans) then lead/in house for RCN, a cable and internet telecommunications company based in Princeton, NJ. Today, John is lead councel for Argose Casino's based in St. Louis, MO.
